Tim Morrison graduated from the University of Alabama in Birmingham with a B.S. in 1972 and a J.D. from the University of Alabama in 1976. He was a member of the University of Alabama Law Review from 1975-1976. Following his graduation from the University of Alabama, Morrison clerked for Justice Janie L. Shores, Alabama Supreme Court, and began practicing law in 1977.
Tim Morrison is a member of several associations, including the Alabama State Bar, State Bar of Georgia, and Bar Association of the District of Columbia. Currently, he is focused on practicing law in the areas of tort liability, products liability, commercial litigation, automotive crash-worthiness, consumer class actions, and wrongful death.
Morrison was one of the five founding partners of the Firm in 1984. Morrison and the Firm’s representation of Plaintiffs have resulted in verdicts and settlements approaching a billion dollars. Many of these cases were the first such cases in the nation and involved ground-breaking legal strategies. Morrison and his partners have long been recognized in Georgia and nationally as a go-to firm that will take on the most challenging cases and opposition.
