Kirk Pope was born in Columbus, Georgia on December 2, 1969. He joined the Firm from Pope and Rayfield, PC in 2006 and is located in the Atlanta office. Kirk graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Auburn University in 1992 and accepted a commission in The United States Marine Corps the same year. He served as an infantry officer with the Second Marine Division and in 2001 received his J.D. from the University of Alabama. In 2003, he was deployed with the Fourth Marine Division to Wasit Province, Iraq as a part of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Mr. Pope is a member of several associations, including the Alabama State Bar, State Bar of Georgia, American Bar Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Alabama Trial Lawyers Association, and Russell County Bar Association
Currently, he is focused on practicing law in the areas of tort liability, personal injury, products liability, commercial litigation, consumer protection, and wrongful death.
