Josh Karr was born in Miami, Florida and graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. from the University of Central Florida in 2013. Karr then attended Emory University School of Law where he graduated with honors in 2016. While in law school, Karr was an active member of the Emory Moot Court Society. While in this society, he competed in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court and the National Moot Court Competitions. Karr also served as a Managing Editor of the Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review. Upon graduation, Karr was inducted into the Order of the Emory Advocates.
Josh Karr joined Pope McGlamry in 2016 where his practice is focused on the representation of plaintiffs in product liability litigation, pharmaceutical liability litigation, class actions, mass torts and catastrophic personal injury litigation. Karr is active in the community, helping to judge law school level moot court competitions. In his spare time, Karr enjoys hiking, golfing, playing and watching sports, and cooking.
