Aimee J. Hall

Aimee Jackson Hall joined Pope McGlamry in January 2018, and her practice focuses in the areas of whistleblower/false claims litigation, significant fraud, class actions, and tort cases.

Hall, who graduated in the top 5% of her law school class at Mercer University, worked in private practice for many years representing plaintiffs in catastrophic personal injury, workers’ compensation, and wrongful death matters before serving as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Middle District of Georgia.  As an Assistant United States Attorney, Hall handled civil defensive cases on behalf of the United States and also served as the district’s Health Care Fraud Coordinator, receiving the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General’s Cooperative Achievement Award for her assistance in recovering a $513 million taxpayer settlement in a national healthcare fraud matter.

Hall is AV rated in Martindale-Hubbell by her peers.
