Tim Morrison was born in Birmingham, Alabama on February 14, 1951. He graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in 1972 and a J.D. in 1976. He was a member of the University of Alabama Law Review from 1975-1976. Following his graduation from the University of Alabama, Mr. Morrison began practicing law in 1976.
Mr. Morrison is a member of several associations, including the Birmingham, Atlanta, Russell County and American Bar Associations, Alabama State Bar, State Bar of Georgia, Bar Association of the District of Columbia, Alabama Trial Lawyers Association, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Lawyers Club of Atlanta.
Currently, he is focused on practicing law in the areas of tort liability, products liability, commercial litigation, automotive crashworthiness law, consumer class actions, and wrongful death.
